How can I update my shipping address for an order?
- Contact our team ASAP at Hello@striidestudio.com. Depending on where you order is in the process, we may be able to update the shipping address, however we do aim to process orders as quickly as possible and therefore we can't guarantee it.
Where do you ship from?
- We ship all orders from the United Kingdom
Do you ship internationally?
Yes however please note that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs.
How can I track my order?
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email (UK orders will have a tracking link). Please note that tracking updates may take 24 - 48 hours to appear. If you don’t see the email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder. For the latest tracking details, please refer directly to the carrier’s website, they’ll have the most up-to-date information on your package.
Can I return my socks?
- Sadly we do not accept returns or exchanges for socks. We treat socks as a personal item, so we can’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on them. This means sock purchases are final. It’s all part of making sure every pair you get is fresh, clean, and brand new. We will only accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty. We try everything to make sure this doesn't happen, however if you are not satisfied with the products, please email us with photos of the issue to hello@striidestudio.com
Where are the socks made?
- The socks are designed in the United Kingdom and manufactured in China.
